What Are My Payment Options?
1. Credit Cards - We accept American Express, Discover, MasterCard and Visa. We take payment from your card at the time we receive your order, once we have checked your card details. Fraud checks may be conducted on our orders. This involves checks on details provided during the order process including the address details. This may involve your details being passed to a 3rd party fraud checking company. On occasion we may ask for additional information in order to process your order. We will conduct this process as quickly as possible however on occasion dispatch of goods may be delayed.
Order Confirmation - After your order is completed, you will automatically be sent an "Order Confirmation" email to the email address you entered during checkout. This email is your receipt - so don't delete it! We encourage you to review the order and advise us of any spelling or numerical mistakes so that we can quickly make any necessary changes. A change of shipping address after the item has been shipped will be charged a re-consignment fee. To avoid these charges, please double check your shipping address. If you do not receive an "Order Confirmation" email from us within 24 hours of placing your order, you may easily and conveniently print a receipt for the order via My Account. You may also call or email us to have one emailed to you.
Sales Tax - One of the best things about buying through Bath Vanity Center is that we do not have to charge sales tax, with a notable exception: orders shipping to California will be subject to a sales tax. Bath Vanity Center is not responsible for individual states' sales or use tax reporting laws pertaining to online purchases, so we encourage you to check your state's regulations before you shop.
Using Promotional Codes - When you join our email list, you will become eligible for the various discounts and promotions we offer periodically on select items. Should you receive a promotion code from us via email, be sure to enter it during checkout in order to apply the discount that is being offered. Please contact us if you have any questions or need assistance with this feature. (Please note, many promotional codes and coupons are limited to one per purchase.)
Alaska and Hawaii - We typically only ship to 48 contiguous states. Alaska and Hawaii requires special transportation with premium charges. If interested, please send us your zipcode, items you're interested in, and we'll help get a rate quote to you.
Tracking - Once your order ships out, we will notify you by e-mail with your tracking information and attach the instructions for receiving the item. For freight shipments, the carrier will contact you at least 24 hours in advance to schedule a delivery.
Shipping Time Frame - We utilize multiple warehouse across the United States. The typically order processing time is 24 to 48 business hours. Depending on which items you're ordering, your shipment will arrive within 3 to 5 business days once the item has been picked up by the carrier. We do not offer expedited freight services since the cost is often more than the value of the product.
Shipping Methods - For large items, we ship via LTL (Less Than Truckload) freight carriers with a curbside delivery. If your property is inaccessible by an eighteen wheeler, the pallet will be delivered to the closest accesible street. For small items such as sinks and faucets, we ship via UPS or FedEx parcel services.
Inside Delivery - Also known as white glove delivery with additional charges. Includes delivery to the room of your choice, up to 2 flight of stairs and includes unpacking and debris removal. Assembly is not included. Please call us for more additional information.
